DynamicRouting System.
DynamicRouting is a system that was first made for a dental specialist who had some issues with the clinic's operation.
At the time, the challenges were:
- Allow the team to communicate and decide which surgery room the doctor should go next
- Get rid of the staff waiting for the doctor
- Eliminate the staff knocking on the Dr's office door
- Inform the Dr. of specifics informations he wants to know before entering in a surgery room
- Provide an emergency signal if help is needed in a specific surgery room
- Reduce the patient being alone on a dental chair before a surgery
The system is web based system mixed with a local client application running on each PC (or surgery room) where the service provider
might need to go.
